June Savings Challenge

The Printable $150 June Savings Challenge

The June Savings Challenge has an ice cream theme to match the season. The summer months are a great time for enjoying cold treats, so I thought it was the perfect way to save money in June. You can even use your savings challenge money to treat yourself and/or your family to some summer fun!

How to Complete the Savings Challenge

I am a huge fan of low savings goal amounts because they teach you to save. They also make saving more attainable for any budget. This savings challenge is a color and save by number tracker. So, each time that you save an image with an amount on it, you color in that image.

I kept the savings amounts low on this challenge with $5, $10, and $15 increments. The challenge can be completed at your own pace, and you can even save a few amounts each week. Since there are 16 images on the tracker, you can divide that over the month of June and have the challenges completed before July comes in! I believe that savings challenges are very helpful in reaching savings goals.

Why Are Savings Challenges Helpful?

Savings challenges are helpful because they provide structure, motivation, and a sense of accomplishment to the savings process. By setting specific goals and tracking your progress, you are more likely to stay committed to saving money and may even find it enjoyable.

How to Make Savings Money Fun!

My main goal for creating savings challenges is that they are fun to do. Saving money, paying off debt, and just trying to make sense of your finances is hard enough, so I want to create savings trackers that you will enjoy doing.

With that being said, I want to share some Ways to Make Saving Money Fun:

  • Set Savings Goals and Track your Progress Towards Achieving Them.
  • Turn Saving into a Game by Challenging Yourself to Save a Certain Amount Each Week or Month.
  • Use a Savings App to Visualize your Progress and Create a Sense of Accomplishment.
  • Celebrate your Achievements Along the Way with Small Rewards for Meeting Savings Milestones.
  • Involve Friends and Family in Your Savings Journey for Added Accountability and Support.

My favorite tip is the last bullet point, because having others save with you provides the support to keep going.
